Our services

AI strategy & roadmap

Together, we assess your organization’s AI maturity and define the target state and a clear roadmap.

Use case portfolio & evaluation

We develop initial use case ideas and prioritize them in the context of business value, feasibility, and regulatory compliance.

Building initial applications

After the evaluation, we develop initial proofs of concept (PoC) and minimum viable products (MVP).

People, roles & culture

We involve the people in the organization from the beginning, establish clear responsibilities, and set up the appropriate committees for prioritization and governance.

Agentic AI-Governance

When AI agents act autonomously, traditional governance is no longer sufficient. We define responsibilities at the agent level.

Technology, MLOps & engineering

We make AI production-ready. MLOps for training, deployment, and monitoring; CI/CD for model/data/code; testing & evaluation with metrics, including logging and drift detection.

Data & infrastructure

We assess and strengthen data and infrastructure as the foundation for AI: data quality, data maturity, gap analysis, integration of structured and unstructured data, RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge.

Adaptation & reassessment

We focus on continuous adaptation with drift detection and regular reassessments so that strategy, technology, and business goals continue to align.

Compliance by Design—our 5-stage model.

Every technical decision is designed from the outset for auditability, traceability, and regulatory compliance. This not only protects you from regulatory risks. It also builds internal trust: your management, your works council, your customers, and, if necessary, regulatory authorities can understand how your AI system makes decisions and who is responsible for it.

2. Concept

Target state, system architecture, KPI definition, guardrail design, risk and obligations profile. Outcome: solution blueprint, evaluation plan, draft register.

3. MVP sprint

Build, integrations, test cases, human-in-the-loop configuration. Outcome: runnable MVP, eval set, operations runbook.

4. Pilot

User acceptance testing, monitoring setup, iterative improvement. Outcome: KPI dashboard, post-market report, final rollout plan.

5. Operations and governance

Register maintenance, quarterly reports, audits, training. Optionally as an fAIGO retainer or project-based.

About Us.

Deepwraite advises medium-sized companies, craft businesses, and municipal administrations on the implementation of Artificial Intelligence.
We develop with you a clear AI vision, a well-founded strategy, prioritized use cases, and a path to measurable results. Governance is considered from the outset—also with regard to the EU AI Act and ISO 42001. Deepwraite is listed in the Stakeholders’ Catalogue of the European Commission’s Apply AI Alliance. This registers us with the Commission as a European AI stakeholder and allows us to be invited to sectoral consultation workshops and the annual AI Office Gathering. We bring insights from these forums directly into our client consulting.

Deepwraite Competencies

Artificial intelligence has been at the heart of our work since 2023.

A good conversation.

If you would like to know specifically whether and how artificial intelligence makes sense for your business—speak with us. An initial consultation takes 30–45 minutes and is non-binding. At the end, you will know more about your options—regardless of whether we work together or not.
